The Full Story

My Journey

I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of holistic medicine since 2015. I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.

As a licensed Acupuncturist, Shiatsu Therapist and Reiki Master, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Holistic Therapist.

Amy Rudberg has been involved in the healthcare industry since 2015. Her background includes graduate degrees in education, business and finance, and she worked in these areas for 20 years. After attending the Zen Shiatsu School in Evanston and completing clinical shiatsu and independent studies, she went on to become a licensed massage therapist and Reiki master. She then went to acupuncture school and obtained her acupuncture license. She gradiated with a doctorate in acupuncture with a specialization in Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science in 2022.

She believes that Chinese Medicine, which includes acupuncture and herbs, is a living medicine that treats the whole person—physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In her practice, she uses a combination of Chinese Medicine and energetic body therapy, which she has found to be very effective in relieving pain, stress, imbalances, and discomfort in the body.
